First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Independence Care System.
Care Manager
The interview process was pretty long and a bit tough. First, I had to read a case scenario and answer some questions before meeting the interviewers. Then, I met with three staff members where we talked about me and some behavioral questions. Some questions were a bit hard to answer immediately, but the staff were super nice and made me feel comfortable.

First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter, and then I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. After that, a second interview was arranged with someone at a similar level to further discuss the role, what they expect, and my experience.

It was a really good, detailed interview process. I spoke with several people and we had long talks about the company, its mission, and what the job entails. I also got to talk about my skills.
