First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at InDebted.
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process had 4 stages: an initial HR chat, then a live coding session, followed by a live systems design interview, and finally a leadership interview. All stages are manageable with proper preparation. The coding and design challenges are not as difficult as typical LeetCode problems, so candidates with substantial experience should find them solvable. I observed that the HR representative typically skips the personal introduction and immediately dives into explaining the interview structure before posing a series of questions.
- What is your motivation for joining indebted?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
The whole process took about a week. There were three main interview rounds, not counting the final offer discussion. Each interview gave a good understanding of what the job involves, what the company culture is like, and what the main goals would be right when you start.
- Can you detail your experience with candidate experience?
- Walk me through the end-to-end recruiting cycle.
- How do you approach prioritization?
Brand Designer
The interview process was quite short, with only two stages involving the hiring manager. It felt a bit rushed and didn't provide a comprehensive overview of the company or the role. The recruiter didn't share any information about the salary range or give an initial introduction, and there was a need to be quite flexible to accommodate interviews during early morning hours (UK time).
- Could you provide a SWOT analysis for the brand?
Finance Manager
I chatted with the recruiter on LinkedIn, and after a few tech issues, we booked the call. It was at a weird time for me, so keep that in mind. The interview seemed really well-planned and made for a good candidate experience. The interviewer was ready and seemed to be following the process, taking notes for the hiring manager, which was nice. I got feedback fast, and even though it wasn't what I wanted, I still felt valued.
- What's your motivation for wanting to join InDebted?
- Could you share details about a project that you're particularly proud of?
- Describe your experience with team management.
