First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Incora.
Quality Assurance Engineer
I interviewed with Incora for a Technical Engineer – Procurement position. It was a professional and insightful talk, where they asked about my technical background, problem-solving abilities, and if I was interested in supply chain operations. The panel was nice, and it made me more excited to join Incora and help with their global engineering projects.

Customer Program Analyst
They asked questions about the company to see if I was ready and prepared. They also asked technical questions related to the job. There was an Excel test to make sure I was telling the truth and doing things right.

Director, Talent Management
I had a comprehensive interview process. I met with various stakeholders and the HR team. I also gave a presentation to key stakeholders. The company gave me a site tour and I had lunch with the CHRO. Communication was great throughout the process. The team was receptive and attentive.

Customer Relationship Lead
I had a recruiter call first, and then an online interview with two managers. The interview was a bit awkward because the interviewers didn't seem to be on the same page. I felt good about it afterward because I knew I could do the job. Unfortunately, I was rejected because they assumed I'd use the role as a stepping stone. I found this unfair, especially since they could have rejected me based on my skills. It was disappointing and reflects poorly on their culture. It's strange that a company wouldn't want someone ambitious, but it makes sense given the negative employee reviews. There was also no info on onboarding or training. Even though it was a negative experience, I'm glad I wasn't selected.
