- How do you keep yourself updated with what's happening in the industry?
Tax Intern
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had an online assessment to test my skills, and then a Zoom meeting where we discussed taxes, my academic background, and my career aspirations.
- What do you foresee as the future outlook for taxes in the country?
IT Support Specialist
The interview process was pretty straightforward and went smoothly. It began with a Zoom screening interview where they asked about my background. Next, there was a technical interview that involved a quick and easy multiple-choice assessment. The third interview was with leadership, including my supervisor and HR, and it focused on situational questions like how I'd handle specific scenarios. I also recall taking an online assessment, likely before or during the application, to gauge my aptitude with words, numbers, and patterns, which seemed pretty standard.

Assistant
We start with an application and then you'll do some evaluation tests, like 3-4 eval tests, some pre-recorded video questions, and a typing test. After that, there's a phone screen for about 15-30 minutes where we'll talk about you and your work history. Then, the first interview is also about work history, lasting 15-30 minutes. The second interview is in person and lasts 30 minutes, focusing on behavioral questions.
