First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at InCharge Energy.
EV Technician
The interview process was super organized and moved fast. Even though I didn't get the offer, they let me know right away instead of dragging it out. I would have loved the job, but they said I needed more electrical experience and needed someone okay with lots of travel if required.
- Could you tell me about the certifications you possess?
- Would you be able to travel across the country for this role?
IT Onboarding Analyst
Started with an initial phone screening with HR, then had a video interview with the Manager. The interview itself was quite awkward; the manager was pacing around and seemed reluctant to answer any of my questions about the position. After the interview, I was completely ghosted by both HR and the manager. The job posting remained active for over a month post-interview before it was removed. The whole experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional.
- Could you share details about your background and experience?
Production Manager
I started with a 30-minute phone chat with a recruiter, then had another phone interview with my potential supervisor. After that, things moved fast, and I came in for a plant tour and met with my supervisor again, HR, and some of the team I'd be working with. A week after the onsite, I had Teams interviews with my supervisor's boss and the COO, each lasting about 30 minutes. Everyone seemed really optimistic about the company's direction and culture.
- Can you tell me about your past accomplishments?
- Describe a time you successfully navigated a challenging situation in a previous role that is similar to ones you might face here.
Warehouse Administrator
Overall, the interview process was a good and informative experience. They made sure I understood what the company offers and what they were looking for in the role. The hiring staff was very friendly and made an effort to get to know me, which was comforting given my interview jitters!
- Can you tell me about a time you encountered a challenge at work and explain how you handled it?
