The interview process was very long and slow. They ask for a lot of information, including a reliability test, a psychometric test, a medical exam (they take two tubes of blood and urine, plus a questionnaire about illnesses, and they don't give you the results even if they hire you and you have a condition), and a socioeconomic exam (they take a photo of your home). They also ask for your CV, have you fill out an employment application, and conduct in-person and phone interviews. They also request many documents.
