Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was detailed and intense. It started with an initial HR screening, then a technical round where they dove into sales strategy and how well I understood the product. The last round was all about scenario-based questions, testing how I'd handle real sales situations and client objections. The panel was professional, but they really wanted to see deep product knowledge and sales skills.

Behavioral Other

It was one of the worst interviews I've ever been through. The interviewers didn't even introduce themselves, which was really rude. They only seemed interested in what I could offer them, making me feel like just a resource. They didn't mention anything about what they could offer as an employer. They spent most of the time focusing on my past experiences and why I left previous jobs. Even when I explained about the multiple layoffs and bankruptcies I experienced, they didn't seem satisfied. One of the interviewers, who seemed to be in charge of Europe, looked bored and annoyed. He even had the nerve to criticize me for not speaking Dutch after I had lived in the Netherlands for years, asking when I was going to learn, as if I owed him something. These people made a really poor impression, and it didn't make me feel like it's a good company to work for. They will likely struggle to grow their business in Europe if they don't recognize the cultural differences compared to Korea. It's a shame because their products are quite technologically advanced.

The interview was with the HR manager and was held virtually. She asked me questions specific to the HR field and some general ones. Initially, I was nervous, but I became more comfortable as we talked. She also went over the job description and made sure I understood the roles and responsibilities. She asked me questions about the company.
