First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Inari Medical.
Account Manager
I had a phone screen with a really nice person from talent acquisition. Then I had an in-person interview with the Area Director. We met at a hotel meeting room. It was a casual chat. The Area Director told me a lot about the job, like the territory and state details. They're interviewing a few more people and will make a decision in about two weeks. They plan to talk to their top three team members for more info about the company. The final interview will be with the Area Director again, and I'll need to give a presentation to impress them.

Product Manager
I went through 3 rounds of interviews which were all pretty chill and nice. Two of those were panel interviews where I had to give a presentation based on a prompt. I had about a week to get the presentation ready, and I got to chat with some of the team members.
- Can you tell me about how you managed a campaign?
Education Manager
This was an unnecessarily long hiring process where they seemed to be using candidates for strategy and ideas without compensation for the time and effort. The people were mostly nice, but they showed little consideration by making me wait up to 13 business days to hear back about the next steps. The final stage is in-person, a demanding 3-hour session without food or breaks, involving meetings with 4-5 people who weren't directly related to the role I applied for, to 'present' work that I spent hours researching... for free.
- What are our current educational programs' weaknesses?
Clinical Safety
So, the last interview was this panel thing with a bunch of senior people and the CEO. The CEO was late and looked messed up, and didn't seem to be paying attention. The others on the panel didn't really know much about the job I was going for. It felt like they all got called in last minute and nobody knew anything about me (which, I guess I kinda get, you have to sell yourself... but they all looked confused the whole time). One person didn't even realize it was an interview until the two hours were almost up. Then, it looks like they got rid of the position, and HR called me about a week later to let me know.
- Tell me what you know about our company.
- Are you up-to-date on recent clinical studies?
- How much experience do you have that's relevant to this role?
