Technical Coding Behavioral

First I had a phone screening with a recruiter. After that, I went through a coding interview where I was asked to solve a Fibonacci sequence problem using Python. The final interview was a panel with three VPs, and it focused more on behavioral aspects and some basic software engineering questions about CI/CD, AI, and how we approach learning new technologies as engineers.

So first we did this screening call, it was over the phone. Then there was an in-person interview to check out my skills and qualifications. After that, a second interview to really dig into my past work and see if I'd fit in. Lastly, they did a background check, which involved looking into my criminal record, work history, and credit, and I know some places check social media too.

Technical Coding Behavioral

I got placed in this company, and they organized three interview rounds. The first was a technical round, lasting about 30 minutes, after which I got an email confirming my selection for the second round. The second round was a managerial round, and the last was an HR round, which was basically a discussion about you, your location, and salary. You only needed to clear the Technical and Managerial rounds. The interviewers were good. If you have a language issue and want to use Hindi, you can, but it's best to get permission from the interviewer. However, I'd recommend using English as it's a plus.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Be ready with all the basics of Java, React, Node.js, or any programming language you are proficient in.
  • The technical round will include two or three basic coding questions and some theory questions.
  • The managerial round might include questions from the technical round and some puzzles as well.
