I interviewed on Skype first. Then they flew me to HQ for an in-person interview. I interviewed with the VP and Manager online. After that, I interviewed with the team in person. They needed more words in the description, so they added these extra words to meet the minimum requirement, they need to be 30 minimum.

Applied online and had my first interview pretty quickly. It went really well, I met with Ms. Stoglin and another person, and I felt like we clicked. They said they'd make a decision within a week. Three weeks went by with no word, so I followed up and was invited for a second interview, which was confusing. The second interviewer seemed really disengaged and made it obvious he thought I was wasting his time. I didn't bother following up after that. Then, two months later, I got an email from the office manager saying I didn't get the job.
