So, the process usually kicks off with a basic aptitude test and a round focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). After that, if you pass, you'll have two technical interviews. The very last step is an HR round. The first two interviews are done online, and the remaining ones are in-person.

This was the first CSR drive at our college. Generally, it has an online assessment and then a group discussion. However, I went directly to the GD without the online assessment. During the pre-placement talk, they asked students to come forward and solve a coding question. Those who solved it were allowed to directly proceed to the group discussion.

The campus placement process was a mess. The aptitude test, supposed to be 60 minutes, was run incorrectly twice, first with 25 minutes and then 30 minutes. It left us confused and unable to finish. They ended up using the results from the first flawed round and ignored the second attempt, which makes no sense. We also had to wait an hour and a half before anything started, which was disrespectful of our time and added to the stress. The whole thing felt disorganized and poorly managed.

Technical Coding Behavioral

The interview process was composed of three stages: two technical interviews and then a managerial interview. I passed the first stage with flying colors. The interviewer was very professional, responsive, and encouraging. They really engaged with my answers and gave me helpful feedback that improved my thinking. It was a really good learning opportunity. However, the second stage was tough. The interviewer asked me just one question about Python. I know I messed up some parts of my answer, but it was weird that my whole evaluation was based on that one question. It felt a bit strange to be judged on such a limited scope, especially in a technical interview that usually covers more ground. All in all, the process was eye-opening, but that second round left me a bit confused.
