First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at In Field Strategies.
Research Assistant
I applied online and answered questions about my past experience with canvassing, door-to-door work, interviews, and discussions. I also completed some online assessments. A company representative contacted me via phone and text, and I set up an initial screening interview. This was followed by a 30-minute Zoom call where they explained the job details, duties, pay, benefits, and what they expect.
- What makes you interested in traveling and engaging in door-to-door questioning?
Marketing
quick, professional, cordial, assertive, polite, fast-paced, over-the-phone. Very patient as I was allowed to kindly reschedule interview when I wasn’t available. The lady was very patient on the phone she asked why I wanted to be there, and was very understanding and accepting of my answer. Nothing more nothing less. Just straight forward professionalism and deliberation on the phone.
- Can you explain your motivation for pursuing this role?
Regional Director
It was fair and easy. You apply, then get called. They ask where you can work, how quick you can get there, and then how far you’d be willing to do and get. It wasn’t as hard as you might think, it’s a complete conservative firm.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
Field Canvasser
I had a quick and chill zoom chat where they talked about the job and benefits. They asked me what I'd be okay doing and told me how flexible the job is.
- Can you describe past work environments relevant to this role?
