The interview process was efficient and well-planned, with a warm atmosphere. I'd recommend this company. They were willing to listen and answer my questions. I would apply again and keep this company in mind for future employment if needed.

Your resume and application get a first look by the hiring team or recruiters to see if you're a good match for the job. Then, there's usually a quick phone or video chat with a recruiter, mostly about your background, why you want the job, how you communicate, and if you generally fit the role. This is about 20–30 minutes. After that, expect one or more technical interviews with hiring managers or team members. For data jobs, this means questions on SQL, data analysis, Excel, and maybe Python or Power BI. They might give you case studies or problems about real estate data, financial models, or interpreting data, potentially with live coding or a take-home task. Each round is 45–60 minutes. There's also a behavioral interview focusing on how you work with others, solve problems, and handle stress or deadlines, often using the STAR method. Sometimes, there's a final chat with higher-ups or other teams, mixing technical and behavioral parts, and discussing your career goals and company fit. If everything checks out, you'll get an offer, usually after background and reference checks.

It was a really thorough interview, and you could tell they really thought about who they wanted to hire. It was a bit unusual, but I liked it. It gave me a chance to be creative and think fast. There were some questions I'd never been asked before, which made me a little nervous at first, like I might say the wrong thing. But I relaxed and just was myself. I haven't heard back yet about a second interview, but I'm feeling good about how it went. The hiring manager was super friendly and chill, and we joked around, making it a fun atmosphere.

I found this job on a popular site and applied. Got an email back fast and set up a phone chat. Had a first phone call with an HR person, then a second with the hiring manager. I did an online demo training, then talked to the HR Director over the phone. After that, I went in person for another demo training and then a final corporate interview. The whole thing was pretty thorough, and it felt like a good match in the end for everyone.
