First, you need to pass the ENARM exam. Then, you select an IMSS medical residency program. After successfully completing your residency, including on-call duties (a, b, c, d) with different rotations based on your year and specialty, you attend a job fair. Based on your postgraduate average, you'll be offered a position in a specific state.
