I had 3 interviews. It started with a recruiter phone screen, then I met with HR, and finally a fellow designer. It was all pretty smooth, but definitely don't mention being a perfectionist as your weakness to the designer. He really didn't like that and I could see the opportunity slip away. It seems like a good company otherwise.

You'll start with a long application, including submitting your resume. Then, you'll answer more questions in a recorded video. After that, there's a long phone interview followed by several video interviews. They hire for culture fit, so be ready for anything and to think fast. They ask a lot of personality questions to make sure the team works well together.

I applied on Indeed and the CEO asked me to record a YouTube video answering some questions within 3-5 business days. I did that and sent it over the next day. The CEO didn't respond for 33 days, then emailed me saying they went with other people. It's a bummer because he seemed interested at first, but I guess my video wasn't what they were looking for, hence the long silence.

Applied online and then got an email asking me to record a video answering about 6-8 questions. After that, I never heard back from anyone. A few weeks later, I received a letter saying I wasn't moving forward. I tried reaching out a few times but got no response.
