Production Worker
I really loved the interview process. It was a great setup, and I wish all companies had something similar. I felt at ease throughout. The workplace gives off a welcoming vibe.
- What indicators do you use to determine when you've achieved success?
Production Manager
I had a ghosting experience with ImprimisRX after a two-hour interview. I asked for the email addresses of the interviewers to send thank-you notes, but didn't get a response even after following up with HR. The interview itself seemed to go well, and I thought the team was nice. However, the lack of communication for several days made me feel like I'd made a mistake. After reading Glassdoor reviews, I'm starting to think it might have been for the best, especially since poor internal communication was mentioned as an issue during the interview. This seems like a broader problem that management needs to address. It was disheartening, and I can only imagine what's happening internally. Management should always reply; it's the right thing to do. Another point for management: employees often mention a lack of motivation, and Glassdoor reviews point to poor pay. You should do a payscale analysis for the job function and share your findings for transparency. Consider implementing an Impact Award and Star systems program for hourly employees to boost motivation, which would lead to smiling, motivated employees.
- Questions about people and quality were asked, which I believe are the most important aspects.
Director of Operations
i applied via their website and the process was simple. there was an initial phone screen, followed by an onsite visit. on the onsite visit i met with a variety of the team members. key take aways from the visit: -the atmosphere was completely strained -the position this role reports to is looking for a "fall guy" - based on the specific questions asked they are seeking free consulting which is highly unethical -complete chaos of course i never heard from this "organization" again, feedback or otherwise. no small wonder i would pay close attention to the company reviews of this organization as they are accurate.
- How would you manage a backlog of shipping orders?
