I interviewed with 4 different people over zoom, with interviews ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. They advertised it as a remote position and confirmed it was 100% remote during the interviews. When I got to the final round, they told me they were selecting someone else because that person lived closer to the office. So, don't apply for this remote role if you don't live near the office.

Behavioral Case Presentation

Applied online, took about 2 weeks. Best interview process I've had. The recruiter was super chill and organized, passionate about the company and tech. Scheduling was easy and everyone was transparent. I talked to the recruiter, the hiring manager, another AE, and the CRO. Great vibe and all my questions got honest answers. Felt like family with a competitive edge, even in a hectic startup. The interview process totally sold me on the company and culture.

It began with a quick but comprehensive chat with an in-house recruiter who shared more details about the job and the company. Then I had interviews with the hiring manager and some of their colleagues where we went deeper into my background and skills. The final stage was a half-day of remote interviews and meetings with various team and department members. This was a good opportunity to get candid thoughts on the company and the work, and to see if I'd be a good cultural fit. The whole thing was remote and took about 3 weeks from the first call to getting the offer.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

So the interview process was pretty structured. First, I had a call with recruiting, then chatted with the hiring manager who really dug into my past experiences. After that, I did a case study presentation to a panel, with about 40 mins to present and then 20 mins of Q&A. The onsite involved meeting different team members and they really focused on behavioral questions and how I make decisions. They got back to me with an offer in just a couple days, which I took. The interviewers made sure to leave time for my questions and were pretty open about the company culture, what they're focused on, and areas for growth. The recruiting team was also super quick at scheduling and giving feedback. All in all, it was a good experience.
