I uploaded my resume on the website for the job post. Then, I went through an online assessment with 3 steps. After each test, I got an email thanking me and another with a link to the next test. The next day, I got a call from Toronto for a phone interview scheduled for 8 AM the following day (Pacific time). It was short notice, and I wished I had more time to prepare. The interview questions were structured, and nothing seemed tricky. I didn't pass the phone interview, so I didn't proceed to the next step, which was supposed to be a 1:1 interview in Vancouver.

HR reached out for a quick 10-minute pre-screen call. A couple days later, she scheduled me for an in-person interview the following week. Before the in-person part, I had to take a personality test and a problem-solving/pattern recognition test. The HR email had the wrong time, so I had to reschedule. The in-person interview was with two district managers. It was pretty laid-back, they had a list of questions they read from, but they were casual. It lasted about 30 minutes. One manager seemed sure I'd get a callback, the other was hard to read. About 10 days later, I got an email saying I didn't get the job.

The interview process started with an online cultural test, followed by a phone interview, and then a face-to-face interview. After that, they extended an offer. The first interview was very casual and involved a classic walkthrough of the CV. The face-to-face interview was more specific and involved more back and forth.

I applied online and got contacted by HR within 2-3 days. They did a screening interview that lasted about 10 mins. After that, I got an email with a link to a computerized adaptive test (CAT). The test had two parts: a math section that took 60 minutes and a logical reasoning section based on comprehensions, which finished in 20 minutes. Three days later, I got an email saying they weren't moving forward with my application.
