The manager was really nice and welcoming, smiling and happy to answer all my questions. She made me feel at ease and excited about the opportunity. Our conversation was great.
- Could you tell me about your previous work experience?
Management
It was a really easy process, just 5 one-minute questions that were not technical at all. It was done on a platform like Hirevue, where you get 1 minute to prepare and 1 minute to answer. The questions were mostly behavioral and logical.
- Why are you the ideal candidate for this program?

It was okay, they ask a lot of questions, sometimes it depends on your experience but they make sure you feel supported. The staff are nice and they do always want to help out.
