It was pretty straightforward, I made it to the second round. They asked me questions about my CV and questioned some of my experience. The whole process involved talking to HR first, then some team members, and finally the directors.

The interview process was really disorganized for this firm. It was supposed to be 4 rounds, and after the first 3, I thought HR would reach out with an offer. But then they said it was the final round, yet claimed they didn't ask enough technical questions. So, they scheduled a 4th round with someone new to the process, who didn't ask any technical questions either, just asked me to walk through my resume. Honestly, it was a clown show. I tried following up for feedback, but they ghosted me completely. Super unprofessional. I ended up taking an offer elsewhere.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Basic IB interview questions were asked, nothing too technical.

Standard 1st round HR questions, nothing unusual. You might be able to impress interviewers if you know how credit works as they are big on credit. They also do a bit of govt bond trading, but outside Fixed Income don't bother spending time on different asset classes.
