They had me interview with 2 people then the owner. First, they made me take some outdated paper test. I thought it was a waste of time, even though they said it wouldn't affect my chances, which I doubt. Otherwise, why make us do it?

The interview process was different than most that I have done in the past, but I enjoyed the experience as it was educational. I was told that the workday interviews were for me to get accustomed to the workplace as well as familiarize myself with the team here. I feel that it was a positive experience and I believe that more companies should adopt the same hiring process when searching for new employees to join their team.

The interview process went well. They give you an assessment test to take at the beginning that's no big deal. At first they seem like a great company but as you go through the process you can tell they have bitter employees that work there only for a paycheck.
