I was contacted and scheduled for an interview the very next day. The interview was directly with the CEO and a business angel, lasting about 40 minutes. Initially, I was asked personal questions about my studies, my experience, and my motivations for wanting the position. Then, we moved on to technical questions concerning venture capital investments, asset classes, and startup selection criteria.

It was a 2-step process with an assignment in between. They were very organised. The first step was with an HR manager, and the second was with the team lead to discuss the assignment and see if I was a good fit for the organisation. They made me feel welcome.

So, I went through three interviews, with two of the same people for two of them. It wasn't a long process, but man, they were so unprofessional the whole time. Like, two weeks after they turned me down after a few interviews, they hit me up again for the same gig because they didn't like the person they hired. They messaged me on WhatsApp and then ghosted me over email after saying they'd send an offer. Super unprofessional and disrespectful.
