First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Impact Health.
Covid Tester
Applied online and got hired without any interviews, which was super easy but a little confusing. I didn't have anyone to ask questions to and couldn't really figure out what to expect before starting.
- Can you show up for work?
Licensed Practical Nurse
It was weird they just sent an offer email but I haven’t received any response. It took only a week to get an email back from them with the offer and they have you fill out a bunch of paperwork. I am starting to have doubts.

Sales Agent
The interview was a really good and interesting time. Everything felt easy, quick, and organized. The person I talked to was chill, knew their stuff, and made the whole thing feel relaxed and worth my time.
- Can you tell me about yourself and some other things that might be interesting?
Registered Nurse
There was not really a process, I just received an email. You can be skeptical when filling out the information, but it's your decision. The core of the company is great, but communication can lag.
