Case Technical

I applied for a full-time product manager role through iimjobs. The process started with a case study that I put a lot of effort into. After that, there were several phone interviews, all of which I felt went well. However, after they selected me, they offered a consultancy position instead of the full-time role. Additionally, the offer letter specified only 6 paid leaves and 6 sick leaves annually, which I believe might be against Indian labor laws. Despite requesting a change from the CEO, no adjustments were made regarding these issues. It seemed like they didn't really value or care about their employees, so I turned down the offer.
