Account Executive
This was a really thorough interview process, and it moved quickly. They had this account case study that was a bit tough. It was clear what they were looking for and why they wanted it. Their product-market fit seems to be amazing.
- Can you describe how you manage the sales process?
Account Executive
Started with a recruiter screen, then I met with two different managers separately. After that, there was a presentation where I had to present on a prospect they gave me and explain how I would approach it, and both managers were on that call. The final step was another meeting with the AVP.
- Can you share details about your sales experience?
- What are your key performance indicators and achievements?
- What experience do you have in acquiring new client logos?
Sales Account Executive
After 5 interviews, I was pretty disappointed with how things ended. I did a presentation, and they passed on me because of a bed that showed in the background of my Zoom meeting. My office is in my guest room, and the Zoom meeting didn't have a background option. It felt like a pretty lame reason to reject me after all that. I wish they'd just told me the real reason.
- Can you tell me about your background?
