First, I had a call with a recruiter, then I interviewed with the hiring manager. The overall process was straightforward, and the interviewers were friendly. The second interview involved several managers from different departments, including quality and operations, who took turns asking questions about leadership and teamwork.

Got referred by an employee and applied online. Got an email for availability, replied the next day. Didn't hear back, so asked my contact to follow up. HR said they never got my email but found it in spam later, which is wild to think I could've missed this because of their spam filter. We finally set up the first virtual interview with 4 interviewers. I had tech issues where they could see me but I couldn't see them. They just said 'blame it on Webex' and kept going. The questions were unscripted, which was cool, but they could have prepared better. The next virtual interview was with 2 HR reps, a mix of scripted and unscripted questions, which made it flow well, getting to know me but still comfortable. I asked for a third interview with one of the hiring managers from the first round because I had more technical questions. This was also unscripted as I wanted to really understand the role. It went well, and they were still interviewing others. About 3 weeks after the last interview, I checked in on a decision. They said interviews were still happening. Then I saw the posting was closed. No call, no email. This is the second time I've interviewed with them and they've ghosted me. Their recruiting process is really unprofessional.

I applied online and then got a call to set up an interview a few days later. When I got there, I had to wait 25 minutes past my interview time to start. It was a basic interview with basic questions, but they wanted me to work in a position that I didn't apply for. Then I got a tour of the building, and that was it.

The recruiting/screening process was superb. They screen to make sure candidates are the right person for the job and are available for the extensive training program. The interview had standard questions about leading/managing and problem-solving.
