There were two interviews before getting an offer. The interviews felt more like conversations and were pleasant. They do tend to take their time in getting back to you with feedback about the interview. Overall, it seems like a great place to work.

The interview process was efficient and comprehensive. I spoke with two leaders for about an hour. It was a pretty standard interview, but they were really interested in my background. I felt like they listened to me and valued my input.
