I was called for a virtual interview by phone shortly after applying. The invite didn't say what type of interview it was. Two days later, I got a confirmation email and zoom link. 30 minutes before it started, I got an email with the 10 questions they'd ask. This made me feel rushed, and it showed in the interview. It turned out to be a panel of five staff members, which I wish I'd known. They shared the questions on screen, but it had another candidate's name and time, which was awkward and unprofessional. At the end, they just said I'd hear from them 'soon,' with no next steps. I was surprised to get a rejection email the next week. The organization seems disorganized and lacks communication. The pay was also low, but I wanted to leave my job and liked their mission. In the end, I think I avoided a bad situation.

The interview process was very professional, but unfortunately, I didn't get the job. It seemed a bit demanding due to their large client load, especially with unaccompanied kids. They did offer me a position at their Baltimore location, but I couldn't manage the commute.

The interview process was neat and straightforward, although a bit disorganized. Overall, it was a good experience. It took them a long time to get me to the final stage. By the time they reached out to discuss the last details, I had already accepted a position with another NGO.

The process took 30 minutes. They showed the questions on the screen. There were about ten questions in total. The questions were a mix of behavioral questions and asking me to describe scenarios. They covered both working independently and working with kids.
