Certified Nursing Assistant
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone interview, followed by a final interview at the facility. I received my job offer the very next day. The team was really welcoming and made me feel valued.

Cloud Engineer
It is going well, giving me a new experience for future interviews. I've learned new things and clarified a lot about the work and communication.

Enrollment Coordinator
We are looking for someone who embodies Christ Centered Service. Your initial application needs to showcase your marketing and sales background, alongside a strong edge in customer service/human service/social service. It'll be helpful if you know about government support programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, supplemental coverage, and public housing. Being able to craft a message that fits our mission will be key for the first phone interviews. The second round will be with your direct supervisor and the center director, where we'll dive deeper into the mission statement, understanding the interdisciplinary approach to care, and how your role supports the team's experience and expertise while giving them all the details they need. The final interview is with the VP of sales.
- Sell yourself and explain why you would be a good fit for the organization.
- Provide answers that demonstrate both independence and teamwork.
- Assertively explain why you would be a good fit for the organization.
Certified Nursing Assistant
The interview process was professional, efficient, and respectful. Communication was clear, questions were thoughtful, and I received timely updates, making the whole experience smooth. I felt valued and informed throughout. It was a straightforward and easy-to-follow interview. Everyone was friendly and clear, though waiting for updates took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, it was decent, but could use some improvements.
- Describe a situation where you had to provide comfort to a patient who was feeling nervous or upset.
