The first round was a phone call, a basic intro. The second round was on Zoom with two other interviewers. I didn't get to a third round. I'm not sure what IMG was looking for, but I felt like I did really well and met all the requirements for an entry-level sales role. I'm rating this neutral because I didn't get an offer, but this was my second time interviewing with them and getting to the second round.

I had a phone screening, which was the first step. The job description was a bit different than what was advertised, so my prep wasn't perfectly aligned with the questions. It's a new role, so I get why there were some differences. They got back to me within a week after the interview via email.

after i submitted my application online, i got an interview invitation. HR confirmed the interview via email and then i had a phone call interview with HR where they asked standard questions. They said the process involves a notification in one week, then a background check, and after that, an interview with the director.

I applied and had a quick interview, but then it took months for them to respond. The interviewer didn't seem to know the department well, and the admin knew even less or made things up. After several months, I got an offer, but they ignored my questions after sending the letter. I was hired in August but couldn't start on time because HR was slow with paperwork. They promised help with planning classes, but I only got my classes and schedule three days before students arrived, with no support or prior planning. I was misled about pay, peer support, class sizes, organization, and expectations. Knowing this, I would have declined the job.
