First round was the Brainfirst neurolympics, second round involved personal motivation and technical questions with some brain teasers. These weren't too difficult, the key is to take your time and come up with a well-thought-out answer.
- Why are you interested in trading, and why specifically IMC?
- Technical questions

There were a couple of rounds for the interview. The final round was a Skype call where we tackled a market fermi approximation, a market making game, and a brain teaser. The market making game was pretty manageable. Practicing some brain teasers should prepare you well.

I applied on their website and got an invite to do an 18-question online test. It had verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, and non-verbal reasoning sections and I had 30 minutes to complete it. It was pretty easy. After that, I was invited to a Skype interview. Before the interview, I had to complete a 'neurolympics' online test to assess my cognitive strengths and weaknesses. The Skype interview itself had standard questions like 'Why IMC?' and then some questions about options pricing and a brain teaser. I got rejected even though I only messed up one calculation on the brain teaser, despite having the correct method.
- Could you draw a payoff graph for a call option with a strike price of 10 and a premium of 2?
- Why are you interested in IMC?
- Can you explain some concepts regarding options pricing?
