It was a pretty casual screening call where we talked about motivations for trading and why IMC specifically. Then there was a first round HR interview focusing on probability and market making. The final stage was onsite with 3 tasks, including high-level market making.

It started with assessments, which were a video interview where I had to answer recorded questions. Then there was an HR/Technical interview that checked personality fit and some technical skills. Finally, a superday with a quant round, a trader round (both technical), and another HR round.

I was put into an automated bot interview, which is one of many screening layers they have due to the high volume of applicants. I didn't get any feedback, which I kind of expected. It makes me wonder what they're actually looking for in these automated interviews when the questions are so general.
