You start with a mixer with a lot of other interviewees. Then we go upstairs for a presentation with the CFO. After that, you can chat with some current employees and Executives while you eat and wait for your 1 on 1 interview. The interview itself has two parts, each 5 minutes long, with a different current employee.

The whole process took about two weeks. I first spoke with a recruiter, and then had some more interviews on site. They were really clear about what the job entails and what I'd be getting into. It's an interesting company and sounds like a great opportunity, especially if you're looking to get into sales. They seem to be growing quickly and have a lot of potential openings. It just wasn't the right fit for me at this moment.
