Behavioral Presentation

It was a procedural interview that began with HR, then managers, and finally the division director. The entire process took place in a single morning. The HR manager provided basic company details. Each manager focused on questions within their specialized area. The director concluded the interviews by asking me to discuss my past work experiences broadly.

Started with a phone screen, then an onsite interview with a bunch of executives. Pretty standard process, nothing out of the ordinary. The interviews were all 1:1 and had pretty standard questions. The whole thing took a full day, including a lunch break. The last interview was with the GM, but that felt like just a formality.

Behavioral Case

The interview pane consisted of the VP and the Regional Manager. It was a competency-based interview. They gave me a history of the company. Then they asked general questions about the profile and how I would achieve the goals set by the company. Following this, there was a second round of interview which consisted of the RM, VP and the Regional Head of the division. Similar questions were asked in different words.

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed with a senior leader who was thinking about reorganizing the team. In the end, they decided to go with someone internal who was a consultant and really qualified. I figured it was just part of the typical interview process and I actually had a good time. It's possible I'll be considered for future roles here.
