The management team at this company is clearly passionate about their work and the company. The owner is involved in daily operations, which I find appealing.

The interview process was great. Nadia was wonderful to interview with. What sold me on this position was that we had an in-depth discussion about the job. I could tell that we could learn a lot from each other. You can see her passion for marketing, which sold it for me.

Behavioral Technical

I emailed my resume and cover letter to iMarket and got a quick email back from the president asking for a phone interview. The interview was brief, with the president asking standard questions like 'Tell me about yourself,' 'Describe your writing style,' and 'How would you edit a colleague's content?' She didn't ask follow-up questions and seemed uninterested in learning more about me. A key detail not mentioned in the job description is that this is an hourly, not salaried, position. Because of the interviewer's abruptness and the omission of crucial pay information, I decided to withdraw my candidacy.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was incredibly long and dragged out. It took forever to communicate initially and to get next rounds scheduled. The questions asked by HR and the team were ridiculous and had nothing to do with my experience. I already had 3 offers and had accepted 1 before I even heard about next steps with this company, which started well before the other 3 interviews. I also heard their benefits are awful and their pay is really low.
