I was contacted after applying and heard they had some growing pains from a recent acquisition, which seemed true during the process. I interviewed with top execs and the owner. They have one big account and chase smaller deals. They pay a lot of attention to a psych quiz that seemed similar to one from another company. Everyone was nice, but they never followed up, not even to say I wasn't chosen. It was a waste of time. My advice is don't bother, they are disorganized. If the owner doesn't follow up after promising to, for a senior role, it shows how aloof and disorganized they are.

Behavioral Presentation Other

Started with a phone chat, then spent a whole day meeting the agency execs. Had some follow-up calls and emails about salary and benefits too. The leadership team was really open and honest, answering all my questions about the job, the agency vibe, and business hurdles. Before the in-person meetings, I had to do a strengths assessment to see how I work and my personality type, to help with team matching and role fit. They also wanted me to show off some work, like client decks or strategy stuff I'd done.

The interview experience was positive overall. I had a good conversation with two interviewers who seemed friendly and relatable. I received an offer the very next morning, but the salary was lower than expected for an entry-level role in Dallas. The benefits information provided was vague, and when I asked clarifying questions via email, the responses felt dismissive and irritated, using phrases like 'As I said before.' Despite this, I inquired about salary negotiation, and the response was a blunt 'no,' followed by a closing that seemed to withdraw the offer. Although they gave me only two days to decide and denied my request for more time, I politely declined the offer, finding the process unprofessional and impatient, which was a shame given the positive initial impression.

Technical Behavioral Coding

The hiring process here has changed a bit over the last few years, especially since I've been involved in bringing on junior folks. It involves some initial chats with the tech manager or director, someone who actually understands coding. We've had some hires who didn't work out, so we're pretty thorough now about checking if candidates actually have the experience they claim, whether from an agency background or software development. It's not an overly stressful process, though. Questions are usually presented as scenarios that need a bit of problem-solving. You'll need to walk through how you got to your answer, and often there can be multiple valid solutions since the problem details can be a bit vague. The main goal is to see if your thinking is solid and if you really know what your resume says. We also look for personality fit; the teams here collaborate a lot, so how you interact is important. Just try not to be arrogant, show you have a good attitude and are open to learning.
