First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Imagine One.
Cyber Security Specialist
The interview process for this role included multiple steps to check if you were a good fit. First, there was an initial screening, which was usually a phone or video call with HR to talk about your background and if you were interested in the job. If they thought you were qualified, you'd then have an in-person interview.
- Can you tell me about a challenging situation you faced at work and how you handled it?
Project Manager
Had a first chat with the recruiter, then an in-person interview with the hiring manager. We met up at a hotel near a government place. After that, the recruiting folks got back to me about what I wanted salary-wise.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
- Could you share some specific details about your qualifications?
Systems Administrator
The communication was great and very well coordinated. I spoke directly with the hiring manager, who gave me the specifics about the job and offered a salary that was competitive and even better than some other offers I had.
- Could you tell me what you're interested in doing here?
- What are your aspirations for growth?
- We want to make sure you're comfortable with the role you're joining, how do you feel about it?
Business Systems Analyst
The interview was straightforward. Two company reps interviewed me in a friendly setting. They asked questions back and forth, and the interview felt conversational, which is nice if you get nervous easily.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
