First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Imagine Communications.
Pre-Sales Consultant
The interview process was very easy and suitable, aligning well with my previous job activities. It was flexible and transparent throughout, communicated via email and phone calls. The HR representative was professional and guided me through the entire process until the offer letter, which arrived right on time.
- Can you provide an overview of your background?
- What are your current and past activities and responsibilities?
- How do you influence performance regarding people management, work quality, and the current environment?
QA Engineer
I applied through my university and got a one-on-one interview with a team manager. He was really nice and the 30-minute interview went super smoothly. He explained the company culture and job requirements really well and seemed genuinely interested in my past experience.
- Can you discuss your previous job experience?
- Describe your ideal company.
- Tell me about your knowledge of different operating systems.
Embedded Software Developer
I had an hour-long interview where we reviewed my resume and then at the very end there was a 5-minute technical question. There were about 20 people interviewing. The interviewer was technical and part of the team for the job. The process was simple and organized. I thought the interview was well-planned for the job and its responsibilities.
- Could you analyze this block of code, point out any logical or syntactical mistakes, and explain why they are mistakes?
Sales Manager
The process was too long and lacked structure. They sent me to interview with several people without a clear idea of the process duration. It was months of talking to people, and even when I asked for guidance on their expectations, nothing was clarified.
- Who have you worked with?
- Can you highlight your experience in the field...?
- Why should I hire you?
