The interview process involved the owners, the CEO (who is their son), HR, and one of the VPs. They didn't seem to have their questions prepared, as they kept talking over each other. They also introduced someone as my manager who turned out not to be my actual manager. This whole thing should have been a red flag.

Started with a quick phone call with HR to go over basic qualifications. Then had a Zoom chat with HR and the Hiring Manager where we went over more qualifications and looked at application examples. Finally, went in person to the office for an interview with HR, the Hiring Manager, and some other higher-ups where we went over application examples, tackled some problem-solving scenarios, and answered a few fun questions.
