Account Manager
I spoke with three different people separately. They all asked the usual interview questions. I think they care more about finding a good fit than just how educated you are.
- Were you willing to put in the hard work?
Sales Manager
So, the interview process was pretty standard. I kicked things off with a phone chat, then I came in for two in-person meetings. The first time, I met with the whole team, and the second time, I got to sit down with the VP and the CEO. Most of the interviews happened in a conference room, but my chat with the CEO was in his office. It all went about as I expected, and since I got the job, I was pretty happy with how things turned out.
- The VP, who's a real sales pro, asked me some direct questions to really test my mettle.
- I guess he was happy with my answers because I got the job.
Customer Care Representative
I applied online and an HR person reached out. We chatted a bit about my background, and then they set up an in-person interview. This interview was pretty lengthy, as it included pretty much everyone from the department and the team leader.
- Can you tell us about yourself and your experience?
- What are your key personality traits and how do they fit our company culture?
- How do you approach being honest and open during an interview?
