The HR screening was standard and pleasant. However, the actual interview felt uncomfortable and unpleasant. The leadership team doesn't seem to follow or practice PM methodologies or SOWs. I felt judged by two women who appear to feel superior to their subordinates. I'm glad I didn't proceed to the next step. This might explain why the job is listed constantly; they seem unsure of their own processes.

I sent in my application and then got an invite to chat with the recruiter. They also had me do a personality test. That chat was on zoom and was mostly basic questions about my past experience and how I handle conflict. They told me right after that I'd be interviewing with the team and set that up a few days later. After the recruiter call, I had to do another assessment that included a typing test. The next interview, I talked with three leads who asked a lot of questions. That interview went great. They scheduled the last interview with two hiring managers. I totally messed up this last one, but they were really nice and seemed supportive. The only real bummer about the whole process was getting a generic rejection email from LinkedIn, which apparently everyone got. After going through so many interviews and tests, it would've been cool to get an email sent just to me. But, oh well.

Applied, then got an email for an initial phone call with a recruiter. After that, I received an email to do an online exam and a typing test. Then, I had an online interview with two of the support leads. A few days later, I got a call to schedule the final online interview with the hiring managers. The recruiters were great and kept in touch. The team seems like a good group to work with, and the company seems to promote a healthy work/life balance. I withdrew my application before the final interview because I accepted another offer.

I got a call from a recruiter and during our first meeting on Zoom, they seemed really uninterested and were just reading generic questions off a list. They even interrupted me or cut me off while I was speaking, like it was nothing. I didn't hear back for over a month until I got that standard email saying they'd found another candidate. The recruiter didn't do a good job at all of representing the company.
