The first two interview rounds were pretty enjoyable, but then the company completely ghosted me. It was a letdown because I was referred for the job, and the interview went twice as long as planned.

The interview process was straightforward, starting from the initial contact. The Talent Acquisition team was great, as was the interview coordination, and the offer presentation. They followed up well with me and stuck to the timelines they set for getting back to me.

The process began with an initial phone screen by HR. The interviewer gave a quick overview of the company's products, culture, and the job itself. I was asked a few questions about my past work experience and credentials. The interviewer mentioned twice that the salary offer would not make me whole, which I found odd since I hadn't discussed salary expectations and felt it wasn't the right time or person to discuss it. This raised a red flag. We also briefly touched on benefits like medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with a company match determined annually by the Board. I thought it was strange that the match isn't paid out per paycheck, as that would be better for the employee. They also mentioned an on-site gym and restricted stock grants. The call lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewer spoke rapidly and seemed unsure about the reporting structure. Three days later, I received a call to set up another phone interview with the hiring manager.
