Super simple, they asked about me, my availability, and what I see myself doing down the line. Basically, a standard retail interview. You should totally check out the brand before going, they're not super famous here, even though they're from NY, they're huge in Brazil.

it was a quick interview process that didn't reveal much about the brand. the organization is small and the office felt a bit depressing. there's a small team and not much clarity on the actual goals. a lot of talking without substance. i wonder if this brand actually accomplishes anything?

It was a really long interview process, mostly over the phone or Skype. Expect at least 5 interviews with everyone on the corporate team, even the founder, Daniel Silberman. They don't really respect your time; they waited until the 5th interview to ask about my salary expectations. My request was pretty standard for a Store Manager in a super competitive market, but they said it was out of their budget and didn't meet it.

It was simple but their response time took a long time. once it started interview was a quick in person interview. The questions were about availability and how to handle customers in discussion situations. they also asked me to go in the store and attempted a sell form start to finish.
