We started with introductions and talked about my past work history. Then, the conversation shifted to focus on this specific job. It felt like a laid-back chat about the role and what's needed for it. They asked direct questions about the position and followed up on my answers.

I had a phone interview where HR was great and gave me good info about the job. They scheduled the next interview for noon the next week right then. When I got there on time, the interviewer wasn't ready and I had to wait in a conference room for 20 minutes. Just as I was about to leave, she showed up with excuses about having to eat lunch with higher-ups. I knew that wasn't true. I don't think I'd want to work for this person or company. I finished the interview and they said I'd hear back the next week, but I haven't. Not surprised, the whole thing felt really unprofessional.

The hiring manager was quite late, about 25 minutes, and because of that, she said she didn't have time for me. She asked me just one question, and I tried to make my case for the job. It would have been better if she had offered to reschedule or if she had already found the right candidate, she could have just told me that. I know this company wants to improve its culture, and this kind of treatment won't help them achieve their goals.

3 rounds: screening, HR, and sales manager. One phone and two video rounds. The people were nice and asked questions about my background and skill set. The second round revealed more about the position and the duties. The first round was with an HR recruiter, and the third round was with the boss just talking.
