Cloud Support Specialist
I applied on Linkedin and HR reached out to set up an interview. It was a two-stage process: first with the hiring manager, then with a team of 3. It felt pretty chill. But, HR was zero help when I asked about salary or banding, wanting to contact my references even with a potential offer on the table. I'm fine with providing info, but I need to know the salary upfront to avoid wasting my references' time if the offer isn't good. Most places, agencies or direct, give this info, so it's weird they wouldn't. They said the offer would be competitive, but wouldn't share the salary or banding. It felt sketchy, so I pulled out when HR wouldn't give me salary details. Total waste of everyone's time.

We'd like to continue with you in the recruiting process. The next step is an online assessment that will be sent to you shortly. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't get it in your inbox. We suggest reading the instructions carefully before starting each testing module. These tests should take about thirty minutes, so find a quiet place and time to do them all at once. Once you start, you can't go back, and you'll need a stable internet connection, so let me know if that's an issue.
- What is your expected salary and experience?
Support Engineer
The whole process felt disorganised. The first step was a general chat with HR, followed by a technical panel interview with the US team. Then, I had a call with the CTO, which was a good experience. After that, there were two online tests focusing on personality and IQ. The next stage was a face-to-face meeting with about five people from the London team. At this point, I was quite tired of the process. They then asked me to fill out an application form, saying they really wanted to hire me. I sent it back and heard nothing for two weeks. Eventually, I was told they chose another candidate without a clear reason, which I suspect was due to salary expectations. Honestly, the application form should have been given at the start, along with a salary range, to avoid wasting everyone's time. There were just too many stages, and the entire process took over a month, which was slow and frustrating. Despite the process, everyone I met was nice, and I wish them well, but the interview process really needs improvement.

- Can you answer some technical questions?
Business Analyst
I was contacted via email and had a phone interview with the recruiter. After that, I completed an online assessment. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I didn't advance further in the process. The main issue was that the hiring manager was driving and on her way to take her child to the doctor for an interview, which was rescheduled twice, with the last cancellation 10 minutes before it was supposed to start. It made me feel like I wasn't a serious candidate, which was a shame because the recruiter had initially made me feel like I was. If I wasn't going to be seriously considered, I would have preferred not to have gotten this far. Other than that, it was a good experience, and I'm glad they didn't push for an in-person interview if they weren't serious about me.
