I had an interview scheduled at a specific time, but I ended up waiting for over an hour. Another person was already there when I arrived, and it turned out they had been waiting for more than 30 minutes before I even got there. The interviewer kept acting like I only waited five minutes and would leave in the middle of our conversation to chat with someone else. It was a really strange experience, and I wish I hadn't wasted my time.
- Tell me about your knowledge of Italian wines.
Accountant
First, I had a phone interview. Then, I went in person to meet with the Accounting Manager and another Accountant. After that, there was a third interview where I met with the Accounting Manager, the VP of Finance, and two more Accountants.
- Can you quantify your past work history with numbers, such as the number of invoices processed daily in your previous role?

The interview was really friendly and laid-back. It was a nice experience, and I got the impression that the team has a strong community. I'm excited about the possibility of working there and getting to know the team.

I had two interviews on the same day. First, a general manager talked with me about how my past restaurant experiences could benefit Il Fornaio. Then another manager came and asked me about my previous work duration, my desired working hours, and so on.
- Could you describe a drink you sold at your previous job?
- Tell me about the hardest task you've faced.
