I received an email with a link for an online interview. They asked many questions and then required me to record a couple of videos where I had to do a presentation. It was a bit difficult at first to figure out how to save the video, especially if it's your first time doing this, which was a bit frustrating for me.

It was a pretty tough process, lasted a whole half day. I was in a room with about 30 other people interviewing. We did a bunch of team-building stuff and some spontaneous situational questions. I also had to role-play a customer interaction for the whole group.

It was a really nice interview. They asked some typical interview questions and gave a personality test where you pick words from a list. They even sent a short report with the results afterward. The interview itself was with the hiring manager and the recruiter.
