The interview process was pretty easy. The first part was a virtual call, and then the second part was in person. I went to the store and talked to two managers. They offered me the job a few days later. I actually worked there for over two years, and yeah, it can get pretty stressful sometimes.

Friendly initial call where we discussed the company, my past experiences (successes and failures), management, and the group's overall vision. The interview was quite fast, and I got the response about 15 days after completing it.

The process for selecting a time for the phone interview was easy and quick. I was nervous but the interviewer, Kia, was sweet and calmed me down. After the phone interview, I waited about two weeks for a response. They called to book an in-store interview, which was also an easy process. I really liked the in-store interview, especially being in an office/presentation room that helped me focus. Two days later, I got the job offer. Kia was nice again and explained the next steps. I really liked the whole interview process.
