The interview process felt quite amateurish. I was interviewed by individuals who didn't seem to grasp the business well, including those from HR and operations supervision. I recall they gave me an English test where one question was flawed, making it impossible to answer correctly. When I handed the tests back to the HR analyst, I pointed out the error. She then became interested in hearing the details, without realizing how significantly this impacted the company's internal positioning.

I arrived, found the spot, and started the interview right away. It was just me and one interviewer, which felt focused. Everything went smoothly and started on time. Even with a long line of people, they managed everyone well. The one-on-one made it feel personal. It stayed professional and organized all afternoon, showing they put effort into making it a good experience. It felt orderly and professional, even with many candidates.

It was a pretty straightforward interview. The process takes a while because they give you different tests. None of them are complicated, but it will take you several days to get an answer. The first interview is by phone, then you move on to an in-person one. During the in-person interview, the staff is really friendly and asks simple questions.
