The interview process was pretty straightforward, but they really dug into things. The interviewer was nice, professional, and polite. It lasted about 30 minutes to an hour. They talked about the job duties, the pay, and what they were looking for in a candidate.

There were 3 interview rounds total. Started with phone calls, then video calls, and ended with an in-person meeting. The interviews were designed to gauge my understanding of the industry, what the job entails, and my commitment to the role, as well as my ability to work independently. Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with a good first round where I chatted with the interviewer, a teammate, and the HOD. It was a mix of general conversation and some typical interview questions. The second interview involved a technical presentation. The post-interview experience was quite disappointing. The HR person said they'd provide feedback within the second week, but I never heard back. After a month, I contacted the recruiter who mentioned the hiring was still ongoing and asked me to wait another two weeks. Still no contact after another month. The waiting period has been very stressful.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard, but it took a really long time from when HR first contacted me until the final chat with the CEO. They wanted to hire someone fast, but the hiring process dragged on. It felt like the CEO was involved in every step, and her being away on trips seemed to cause a lot of the delays. Everyone was professional and nice, but the CEO didn't seem to have much experience with interviewing or a deep understanding of the job I was applying for.
